NO merchandise shall be returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from City Muffler & Performance. There will be NO refunds on freight. All shipments approved for return must be prepaid freight, insured, and come with the original invoice for a refund. A 10% restock fee will be charged on all returned merchandise or a 20% restock fee will be charged if merchandise is not returned in the original condition and original packaging including ALL paperwork. A written exclamation for reason of return must accompany all returns.
ALL exhaust systems, air filter and intake, turbos, injectors, clutches, and special order items are non-refundable.
ONLY missing and defective parts will be replaced.
ALL merchandise returned must be received within 14 days after receiving the RMA #.
ALL returns must be within 30 days of receipt of order which will be determined by UPS tracking.
If there is a discrepancy with you order it must be reported within 5 days of receiving you order. |
